Shigaraki engages in a procedure with Dr. Garaki in order to develop his maximum power. The Hero Public Safety Commission makes the decision to commission an extra round of Hero Work-Studies in the interim. Todoroki requests Izuku and Bakugo to accompany him to the Endeavor Agency since he has nowhere else to go. Endeavor is first reluctant, but after receiving a message in code from Hawks, he ultimately agrees to instruct his interns to use their eccentricities. The Hero Students are entrusted with evacuating the populace while the Heroes launch an attack on the Paranormal Liberation Front after another three months have passed. Izuku and his group of Heroes fight Shigaraki, who has been influenced by All For One, during the struggle. The circumstances that transpire allow Izuku to acquire Float and Danger Sense, two of One For All’s previous Quirks. Even though some of the Pro Heroes who were still alive were able to stay on the front lines and some others were successful in evacuating the civilians, Shigaraki and the League were still able to depart.
The Heroes proceeded to rescue victims and catch criminals while also dealing with their own deaths as a consequence of the events that took place, which left several cities completely decimated. Now that All For One has escaped arrest and the secrets of “One For All” have started to reach the general public, Izuku decides to leave U.A. in order to protect his pupils from possible damage while supporting the Pro Heroes in their search of the criminals. The Smokescreen quirk, which Izuku acquired from the One for All’s last user, manifests itself shortly after. Then he goes on to explain how it was used in the conflicts with Muscular and the former hero Lady Nagant. Izuku’s students decide to find him after seeing how difficult it is for him to go on battling alone, and they finally succeed in doing so. Izuku ultimately gives in and accepts Bakugo’s apologies for everything he has done in the past. He is sent back to U.A. to heal, and while the locals there first mock him, Ochaco Uraraka’s speech moves them to reevaluate their worldview, leading to their acceptance of him as a resident.
All Might has urgently requested help from the other Heroes since the body of Shigaraki is so close to being completed. the coming of Star and Stripe, America’s No. 1 Pro Hero, who will help defeat the enemy. Shigaraki, however, puts up a fight and takes New Order, Shigaraki’s Quirk, assisting All For One in achieving their goal. The New Order is causing chaos in the world of All For One Quirk vestiges, so once he has finished decomposing her, he decides to go. The remaining Class 1-A and Pro Heroes are preparing to deploy their combined troops to attack the enemy directly in fight and end the conflict once and for all. Things get more challenging, however, when it is discovered that Yuga Aoyama is the “U.A. traitor,” having been granted the All For One’s Quirk and forced to act as a spy for the villain within U.A. out of worry for his parents’ safety. Despite the treachery, the class recognizes his true goals and decides to assist him in regaining his honor by defeating the All For One movement. The climactic battle between the Heroes and the Villains, which will decide the fate of the world, will take place. The Heroes are successful in luring the Villains out of hiding using Eraser Head’s plan, and they are then divided apart to stop them from working together. Dabi is rendered unconscious by Todoroki, while Bakugo is severely hurt by Shigaraki.
